Adyen is seeking a Head of Account Management for Central Eastern Europe to lead their Account Management team in Warsaw. You'll be responsible for building and mentoring a team while deepening relationships with key merchants in the region.
You are an experienced leader with a strong background in account management, particularly within the financial technology sector. You have a proven track record of building and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success. Your ability to develop strategic relationships with key clients is exceptional, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You understand the unique challenges of the Central Eastern European market and are motivated to help businesses achieve their ambitions through innovative solutions. You are comfortable working closely with senior leadership and have excellent communication skills that enable you to articulate strategies effectively.
Experience in the payments industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with the CEE market and its key players will help you navigate the landscape more effectively. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve both your team and the services provided to clients.
As the Head of Account Management for CEE, you will lead a team of account managers and a team lead, guiding them in their efforts to grow and deepen relationships with some of the region's strongest merchants. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team, ensuring alignment with Adyen's overall goals and objectives. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director of the region, contributing to the leadership team and influencing key decisions that impact the growth of the business. You will also engage with clients directly, understanding their needs and challenges, and working to provide tailored solutions that drive their success.
