Overview

Carvana is seeking an Entry Level Auto Body Damage Inspector to prep vehicles for paint and ensure quality standards. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of automotive prepping experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician with at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience. You have a keen eye for detail and are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's quality standards before it is delivered to customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your commitment to teamwork and quality will be essential as you contribute to Carvana's mission of providing an exceptional customer experience.
