Overview

Emplifi is seeking a Solutions Consultant to provide strategic consultancy to the sales team, working closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. This role focuses on acquiring new business and expanding client portfolios in North America.

Who you are

You have a strong background in consulting and a passion for social media management, with experience in providing strategic solutions to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with sales teams to drive business growth. Your ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies sets you apart. You are adaptable and open-minded, ready to embrace new challenges and innovations in the digital customer experience space.

Desirable

Experience in social media marketing or digital customer experience is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics and AI technologies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams across different regions and cultures, and you have a knack for building strong relationships with clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the regional sales team to provide insights and strategies that help acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. You will engage with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and client feedback to continuously improve the services offered by Emplifi. You will also participate in client meetings, presenting solutions and demonstrating the value of our platform. As part of the Global Solutions & Services team, you will contribute to the development of best practices and share knowledge with colleagues worldwide.
