CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer to support one of the largest banks in Latin America in their digital transformation journey. You'll develop applications using .NET Core and work with microservices in a hybrid model. This role requires practical experience with containers and relational databases.
You have practical experience in developing applications using .NET Core, ensuring quality and performance while adhering to best practices. Your familiarity with containers like Docker and Kubernetes allows you to effectively work in microservices environments. You possess a solid understanding of relational databases and can identify opportunities for improvement in existing applications. Your autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving is complemented by excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Experience with Oracle and knowledge of tracing and logging techniques are considered advantageous, as is familiarity with design patterns.
In this role, you will develop and evolve applications that meet the needs of a major banking client, contributing to their modernization and digital transformation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring that technical improvements and optimizations are continuously integrated into the client’s ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing deployed applications to identify areas for enhancement and proposing effective solutions. You will also be expected to maintain a hybrid work model, attending the client’s office in Curitiba twice a week to foster collaboration and engagement with the team.
