What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of business processes across the Global Data Center Organization. You will analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance productivity while reducing costs. Collaborating with engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers, you will ensure that all processes align with AWS's high standards for safety and security. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to share ideas and innovate.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented processes, using data to track performance and make adjustments as necessary. Regularly reporting on progress to senior management will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the process improvement journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and that processes are integrated seamlessly.
