Overview

CLEAR is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead the vision for customer value and drive adoption and retention across their B2B customer base. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer success leadership, ideally with a focus on B2B environments. You understand the importance of driving customer value and have a proven track record of increasing product adoption and retention. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building trust with both customers and internal teams. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to influence product strategies and enhance customer experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating seamless customer journeys.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven company is a plus, as is familiarity with identity platforms or similar services. You have a strong understanding of customer success metrics and can translate them into actionable strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.
