What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales and Marketing teams, which are critical to our business success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies that attract high-performing candidates. Your responsibilities will include developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.

You will also be responsible for shaping the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to onboarding. This involves not only assessing candidates' skills and fit for the role but also ensuring they have a positive impression of Brex throughout the recruitment process. You will leverage data and insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve the overall effectiveness of the hiring process.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams to understand their hiring needs and align on talent acquisition goals.
