Now, we’re expanding into Germany – and we’re building a team of recruiters who will play a key role in scaling our presence across the country.


What you’ll do

  • Join the founding recruitment team in Germany and help establish our strong local footprint

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles and define sourcing strategies for the German talent market

  • Own the entire hiring process end-to-end, from first outreach to signed offer

  • Design and implement scalable recruitment processes tailored for Germany

  • Build and nurture a network of top talent across engineering and product

  • Strengthen our employer brand within the German tech ecosystem

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process

What you need to have

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting in Germany, ideally in tech or fintech

  • A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset

  • A passion for sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates

  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work independently

  • Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
