You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you are skilled in advanced glue-pulling techniques and have a strong understanding of hail repair, creases, and body lines. Your expertise extends to repairing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality results in every job you undertake. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, consistently delivering exceptional service to customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and quality.
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in automotive repair is a plus — you are familiar with the latest advancements in the industry and are always looking to improve your skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role. You are adaptable and open to working in various locations based on business needs and candidate preferences.
As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for using your expertise to repair dents on a variety of vehicle panels. You will apply advanced techniques to ensure that each repair meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently and effectively.
