Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience — you are skilled in advanced glue-pulling techniques and have a strong understanding of hail repair, creases, and body lines. Your expertise extends to repairing larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality results in every job you undertake. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your craftsmanship, consistently delivering exceptional service to customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and quality.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in automotive repair is a plus — you are familiar with the latest advancements in the industry and are always looking to improve your skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role. You are adaptable and open to working in various locations based on business needs and candidate preferences.

You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with other automotive professionals to ensure that all repairs are completed to the satisfaction of our customers.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor and train less experienced technicians, sharing your knowledge and skills to help them grow in their careers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
