Nextech is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of healthcare technology solutions to physician markets. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires experience in sales and a passion for healthcare technology.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing relationships with clients in the healthcare sector. Your experience includes driving sales strategies and executing them effectively to meet targets. You understand the nuances of the healthcare technology landscape and are passionate about improving patient care through innovative solutions. You excel in communication and are adept at delivering product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet the demands of the role. You are committed to compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and ERISA, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted ethically and legally.
As a Regional Sales Manager at Nextech, you will be responsible for driving sales of our specialty healthcare technology solutions to assigned physician markets. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from generating leads through marketing initiatives and trade shows to converting inquiries and referrals into satisfied clients. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key part of your role, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of our solutions, ensuring that potential clients understand how our technology can benefit their practices. Once a sale is made, you will transition new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support, ensuring a seamless handover and continued satisfaction. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Nextech's solutions in the market.
