You have extensive experience in account management, particularly with large clients, and you understand the intricacies of managing relationships with key partners. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from data to drive performance improvements. You are adept at consulting and providing actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency for your partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various functions such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to achieve shared goals. You are comfortable presenting insights and performance reviews to partners, ensuring they understand their progress and areas for improvement. Your ability to train and guide partners on best practices is a key strength, and you enjoy fostering strong relationships that lead to mutual growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the daily relationships with a portfolio of Deliveroo's largest restaurant partners, focusing on driving their sales and operational efficiency. You will monitor and analyze partner performance, presenting insights during regular review meetings to help them achieve their specific goals. You will conduct weekly operational meetings, providing guidance on how to improve delivery as a channel and increase revenue. Your role will involve delivering in-person training sessions to restaurant partners, covering operational best practices and insights from Deliveroo. You will identify opportunities to deepen relationships with key partners by collaborating with other parts of the Deliveroo business. As you navigate challenges unique to working with large partners, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Deliveroo's partnerships.
