Monzo is seeking a Third Party Risk Manager to oversee and enhance risk management processes and governance models. You'll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with evolving regulations. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a proactive approach to risk assessment.
You have a strong background in risk management, ideally with experience in third party and outsourcing risk. Your ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and with external partners is key to your success. You understand the importance of compliance and governance in a rapidly changing regulatory environment, and you are adept at implementing effective controls and processes. You thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team and are passionate about making a positive impact in the banking sector. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You are comfortable working in a tech-focused environment and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance risk management practices.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to third party risk management. You may also have knowledge of risk assessment tools and methodologies, which will help you in your role. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks that align with Monzo's strategic objectives. Monzo offers a competitive salary range of £85,000 - £105,000, along with stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
