What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for transitioning existing logistics reports from the Korean team to ensure comprehensive coverage of first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations. You will design and develop dashboards that provide end-to-end visibility of transportation processes, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance metrics effectively. Collaborating closely with logistics specialists and hub managers, you will drive improvements in Promise Delivery Date (PDD) performance, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. You will analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement, implementing solutions that elevate the overall customer experience. Your role will involve regular communication with logistics leadership to align on strategic initiatives and operational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Logistics Operations Center.
