Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You are accountable for inventory management and ensuring that all company assets are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You understand the importance of delivering high-quality customer service and are committed to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will communicate with customers when issues arise and ensure that Dasher pickups go smoothly. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment and achieving operational goals.
