You have a strong background in project management and customer success, with a proven track record of leading implementations in a technical environment. You excel at understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable strategies that drive adoption and satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders. You are comfortable with technical setups, including API and SFTP integrations, and can guide customers through the onboarding process with ease. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and developing solutions to enhance the customer journey.
As an Implementation Lead, you will work closely with Uber for Business customers to ensure a flawless launch of their accounts. You will create strategies that enhance employee adoption and usage of the platform, supervising the implementation process for 2-4 months post-launch. Your role involves setting and managing timelines and project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will also be responsible for training customers, creating collateral such as videos or written guides, and hosting office hours to address any questions or concerns. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you assist with account setups, including API and expense integrations. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
