Overview

Shift4 is seeking a Senior Corporate Quality Assurance professional to ensure compliance and operational excellence. You'll lead inspections and investigations while developing corrective action reports. This role requires expertise in quality assurance processes and methodologies.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in quality assurance, particularly in corporate environments, where you've ensured compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Your background includes conducting thorough inspections and investigations, allowing you to identify root causes of operational issues effectively. You are skilled in developing corrective action plans and overseeing their implementation to ensure long-term effectiveness. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to executive staff is a key strength, as is your experience in managing cross-divisional initiatives.

You are familiar with technical documentation and have a keen eye for detail, which enables you to review call recordings, ticketing systems, and system logs to assess compliance and operational workflows. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop high-quality reports that drive corrective actions. You understand the importance of safeguarding compliance and improving customer experience through effective quality assurance practices.

Desirable

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies would be a significant advantage. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead both virtual and on-site inspections of equipment installations and operations to verify compliance with industry standards and Shift4 policies. You will conduct forensic reviews of technical and operational workflows, evaluating customer and partner-facing incidents to identify areas for improvement. Your investigations will involve assessing customer complaints and operational concerns, utilizing structured methodologies to ensure thorough analysis and reporting.

You will develop, assign, and oversee corrective action plans, ensuring timely closure and long-term effectiveness. Your role will require you to author high-quality corrective action reports for executive review, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings. You will supervise cross-divisional corrective action initiatives, ensuring collaboration and communication across teams to drive compliance and operational excellence.
