Job Description

The Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) team is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Receivables Product Manager to take ownership of building and managing Accounts Receivable (AR) tools. You must be process-driven, detail-oriented, and possess extensive experience working closely with finance operations and technology teams. With your strong interpersonal and influencing skills, you will be responsible for defining business requirements across global teams to drive receivables accuracy and speed.

This role will involve managing Receivables applications in their operational phase while also supporting the development and implementation of new applications. You will be expected to work independently, dive deep into challenges, resolve conflicts, and take full ownership of your projects.

As we innovate AR operations to deliver exceptional service, you will play a critical role in reshaping how we develop products and services, ensuring we continue to meet customer needs and drive operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including research, planning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launch.
Translate product strategy into actionable requirements for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Think big and communicate complex ideas using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Build, maintain, and enhance an intake mechanism for tool feedback, enhancement requests, and production issues.
Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support application development and ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project prioritization and ensure effective execution.
Perform stakeholder management through regular engagement (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) across all levels, businesses, and service centers.
Partner with technology teams to groom, prioritize, and execute the application roadmap while managing the backlog based on business impact.
Build, maintain, and continuously review/improve access and operational controls to ensure security and efficiency.
Support the migration of channels from legacy tools to new tools, ensuring thorough UAT and PVT.
Ensure the tools operate reliably to support global teams and align with operational needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and process assets, providing support for training systems and operations users.
Collaborate with the reporting team to define metrics, create reporting mock-ups, write requirements, and track reporting delivery.
Identify gaps in technology and work with teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Anticipate, measure, and mitigate risks related to technology changes and their impact on operations.
Manage project progress and provide regular status reports to key stakeholders.
Drive the adoption of AR tools through change management strategies, leveraging data to influence and support user engagement.- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
