What you'll do

As the Engineering Director at OKX, you will lead the teams responsible for the backend systems that power our global user growth engine. This includes overseeing the development and scaling of platforms related to campaigns, rewards, CRM, user tagging, and more. You will drive the technical vision and execution for these core growth platforms, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for growth initiatives. Your role will involve setting clear goals and metrics for success, as well as ensuring that the engineering team has the resources and support needed to achieve them.
