You have a solid background in data engineering, with experience in transforming complex, manual workflows into well-defined datasets. Your expertise in SQL allows you to design and implement logic-based transformations that standardize and connect data across various systems. You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy collaborating with business customers to understand their pain points and deliver operational insights. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data validation and lineage tracking are part of your workflow. Your ability to document data flows and transformations ensures transparency and reuse across teams. In this role, you will partner directly with Studio teams to model workflows and normalize metadata, ensuring that data is structured and meaningful. You will build mechanisms that improve visibility and trust in the data, enabling better decision-making across Production, Post, Marketing, and Finance. Your responsibilities will include translating complex workflows into repeatable processes, designing SQL transformations, and collaborating with BI engineers to define source-of-truth tables. You will also document data flows and schema definitions to maintain clarity and facilitate reuse. Supporting automation initiatives will be a key part of your role, as you work to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the team.
