Splice is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create engaging experiences that drive user growth. You'll work with Figma to design impactful solutions for music creators. This role requires significant experience in product design.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs that enhance engagement and drive growth. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that demonstrate your ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver high-quality user experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and usability testing. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about music and understand the needs of digital music creators, which informs your design decisions. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your work and the user experience. You embrace a culture of collaboration and are excited to contribute to a team that values creativity and innovation.
Experience in the music or creative industries is a plus, as is familiarity with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and music production tools. A background in UX research and a strong understanding of user testing methodologies will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across different time zones.
As a Senior Product Designer at Splice, you will lead the design of user experiences that drive growth and engagement on our platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for maintaining design consistency across our products and ensuring that our design language aligns with our brand identity. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform your design approach and contribute to the overall product strategy.
