You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana, and you are excited about using state-of-the-art tools in a modern Inspection Center. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Entry Level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will perform light bodywork, which includes prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to prepare them for sale. You will be responsible for removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. You will work closely with your team to ensure that each vehicle is ready for customers, contributing to the overall success of the company. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you advance your skills and career within the company.
