What you'll do

As a Production Supervisor at Amazon Leo, you will lead a team of highly skilled technicians focused on the production of satellites. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. You will coordinate with other leaders and engineers to plan daily tasks and adapt to changing schedules as necessary.

In your role, you will independently manage technicians who perform integration and testing of the Kuiper satellite and its complex sub-assemblies. Your oversight will ensure that all work is completed in compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

You will inspect and verify the work completed by your team, ensuring that all production meets the required standards. Your attention to detail will help maintain the integrity of the production process and the quality of the final product.

You will also be responsible for authoring and maintaining all relevant process documentation, including assembly, inspection, testing, and shipping procedures. Your organizational skills will be essential in ensuring that all documentation is up to date and accessible to team members.
