What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Process Query Engine, a critical component of the Celonis Platform — you will oversee the integration of data from various sources to create a unified view of business processes. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that the Process Query Language (PQL) is optimized for process analysis, enabling users to derive insights from their data effectively. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market trends. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities within the product, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering value to customers. You will also engage with external stakeholders, presenting product updates and gathering feedback to inform future developments. As a Principal Product Manager, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
