Tilt is seeking an Associate General Manager for Italy to lead category growth and own P&L responsibilities. You'll utilize data analytics skills, particularly SQL, to drive insights and marketing initiatives. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
You have a proven track record in managing growth strategies and leading teams, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills, particularly in SQL, allowing you to derive insights that inform business decisions. Your creativity shines through as you identify new opportunities for growth, and you are adept at building and executing strategies that support ongoing category development. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating effectively with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and sales teams to achieve common goals. You are a problem solver who can quickly address challenges to ensure seller satisfaction and retention. You understand the importance of community and personality in commerce, aligning with Tilt's mission to make commerce alive.
As the Associate General Manager for Italy, you will be the internal and external leader for growing categories on the Tilt platform. You will build and own the strategy for the categories you oversee, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve diving deep into data analytics to assess category growth, success, and areas for improvement, driving continuous iteration based on your findings. You will lead marketing initiatives, including influencer partnerships and campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers to the platform. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to scale the business effectively. You will also be responsible for solving problems quickly, ensuring that seller satisfaction remains a top priority. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying and executing strategies that foster growth and enhance the Tilt platform's offerings.
