Overview

Kalepa is seeking a Principal Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of their AI Underwriting Platform in the commercial insurance industry. You'll leverage your expertise to engage with clients and enhance their operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in sales engineering and client engagement.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in sales engineering, ideally within the technology or insurance sectors — you understand the nuances of client engagement and how to effectively communicate complex technical solutions. Your ability to build relationships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can influence decision-making processes. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Your technical acumen allows you to grasp the intricacies of AI and underwriting processes — you can articulate the value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure client needs are met.

Desirable

Experience in the commercial insurance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in underwriting. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and are eager to contribute to a company that values innovation and customer success.

What you'll do
