What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Customer Success Account Managers, overseeing their development and performance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer success planning and delivery for an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring that your team meets their goals and drives business value. You will implement a coach, model, care framework to guide your team in their interactions with customers, helping them to achieve their top priorities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to orchestrate resources and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a repeatable and predictable business model, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Experience & Success organization.
