Earnin is seeking a Program Manager / Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations in Bengaluru. You'll be responsible for delivering a high-quality interview experience and supporting onboarding and employee experience initiatives. You have a proven track record in program management and recruiting coordination, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability in your previous roles. You excel at creating seamless interview experiences and have a keen understanding of onboarding processes. Your ability to partner effectively with both global and local stakeholders sets you apart, as you navigate complex environments with ease. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent judgment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite presence with remote collaboration. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
