DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member in Aurora to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a physical work environment.
You are a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You enjoy engaging in day-to-day operations and are excited to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere. You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to ensuring product quality and freshness. You communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers, especially when it comes to substitution approvals. You are dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment and follow all safety and security standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation according to HACCP and food-handling processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. You will also maintain a clean and organized warehouse, completing all cleaning and organization tasks assigned by management. Your contributions will help create a positive working environment, embodying the DoorDash value of “one team, one fight.”
