Principal Software Engineer, HVE and Tech Management

Principal Engineer of INStores Tech will be the technology architect (aka chief technology strategist) across all the Category Tech including Softlines, OHL, HCTP, H&B, MPT and Central Engineering Teams - Account Engineering, Data Engineering and Region Flexibility.
PE will be responsible for forward looking GenAI technology culture of the organisation and mentor and champions for all senior SDE's across org.
PE will be responsible to envision the forward looking strategies for IN features and scale it to other marketplaces.
He/she will be technology liason across other IN and WW orgs to drive a synergist direction and strategy.The candidate should have been a Principal Engineer or played an equivalent architect role in large, complex scalable systems and orgsThe candidate should have played role in cloud based complex scalable retail systems
