Google is seeking a Senior Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer to manage technical troubleshooting and partner integrations. You'll work with programming languages like Java, C++, and Python, as well as database technologies and machine learning applications. This role requires 6+ years of experience.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python. Your background includes 6 years of experience working with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL, and you possess strong technical troubleshooting skills. You have experience managing internal or external partners or customers, showcasing your ability to navigate complex relationships and deliver solutions effectively.
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, which complements your technical expertise. With 6 years of experience in client-side web technologies, you are proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP. Your familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI applications, including deep learning and natural language processing, positions you as a valuable asset in developing innovative solutions. You have experience building ML solutions and leveraging specific architectures such as LSTM and convolutional networks, demonstrating your capability in advanced technical projects.
In this role, you will advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. You will meet partners and consumers where they are, providing support and help while representing their needs with product partners. Your responsibilities will include proposing fixes and features that elevate user engagement with Google's diverse product offerings. You will also work closely with management teams to prioritize and deliver solutions that measurably impact Generative AI model quality and performance across Google’s product offerings.
You will explore, create, and assess novel methodologies for accurately measuring and evaluating the performance of complex Generative AI models. Staying current on industry trends and the latest machine learning research will be essential as you contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and scoping complex projects to ensure successful outcomes.
