You are a proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation, fluent in both Polish and English. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with employees and managers through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within the HR field. You understand the importance of documentation and are willing to identify gaps in processes to enhance service delivery. You are adaptable and can work both in an office setting in Prague or remotely from locations within Romania, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a variety of HR-related queries. You will handle inquiries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding, and terminations. Your responsibilities will include resolving HR queries by referring to existing documentation and escalating issues when necessary. You will take ownership of each employee contact, ensuring that every interaction is resolved with a focus on customer service excellence. Additionally, you will identify areas for improvement in supporting documentation and internal processes, contributing to the overall enhancement of the HR Contact Center's service quality. You will communicate effectively with employees, providing clear and concise information to help them navigate their HR-related concerns.
