Your hands-on approach to business transformation initiatives aligns finance with broader organizational strategies, showcasing your ability to diagnose root problems and recommend effective solutions.

You possess a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, enabling you to assess clients' business challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Your experience with ERP technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday equips you to provide best-in-class business partnering support. You are adept at communicating complex financial concepts clearly to clients, documenting requirements, and articulating the value proposition for various finance transformation solutions.

Desirable

Experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools is a plus, as is familiarity with financial risk management and business development initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

What you'll do

As the Managing Director at CFGI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our FP&A Advisory team. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships and supporting CFGI's business development initiatives. You will also be responsible for leading key requirement workshops with clients, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions.
