You are skilled in scheduling and managing labor budgets, ensuring that your team operates efficiently while meeting site-level metrics. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a distribution center that spans 5-15k sq ft, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring that processes run smoothly. You will recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates, setting them up for success in their roles. You will be responsible for delegating tasks effectively and ensuring that your team meets performance expectations. You will also work cross-functionally with central teams to maintain inventory and training standards, ensuring that your warehouse meets key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a strong team culture and driving operational excellence.
