Vanta is seeking a Manager of Technical Sourcing to lead a team of technical sourcers in identifying and engaging top engineering, product, and design talent. This strategic role requires strong leadership and the ability to develop scalable talent strategies.
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing technical talent across engineering, product, and design disciplines. With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, you understand the nuances of the technical landscape and can effectively engage with candidates. You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and driven performance through coaching and mentorship. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop innovative sourcing strategies that align with business goals, and you are adept at using data to inform your decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance the talent acquisition process. You are passionate about building diverse teams and understand the importance of creating an inclusive hiring process.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You may also have a background in engineering or product management, which would enhance your ability to understand the needs of the roles you are sourcing for. A network of contacts in the tech industry can be beneficial, as well as experience with various sourcing tools and platforms.
