What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants, overseeing the deployment of OpenGov solutions for various public sector clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will involve mentoring team members on technical problem-solving and best practices in implementation. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their operational goals. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in the implementation process and customer experience.
