OpenGov is seeking a Manager I in Professional Services to lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants. You'll ensure successful deployment of OpenGov solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical acumen in data preparation and product configuration.
You have a strong background in managing teams and leading projects, particularly in the realm of professional services. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the intricacies of customer implementations and the importance of delivering on time and within budget. Your technical acumen is complemented by your ability to mentor and guide your team, ensuring they are equipped to solve complex problems effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Your experience in data preparation and workflow documentation makes you a valuable asset in ensuring quality implementation standards.
Experience with ERP solutions or public sector software is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for your team and clients.
