TripActions is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join their Global Sales Compensation team. You'll manage commission plans and utilize the ICM tool for accurate compensation calculations. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in compensation management.
You have 5+ years of experience in sales compensation analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of commission plans and compensation frameworks. Your proficiency with the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool allows you to manage and deploy compensation plans effectively, ensuring timely and accurate payouts. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to calculate and track advanced metrics that align compensation programs with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, serving as a trusted advisor to team members and external partners while resolving commission inquiries efficiently.
Experience with SOX compliance and governance standards is a plus, as is familiarity with financial reporting processes. You are comfortable generating ad-hoc reports and participating in special projects, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Your ability to communicate complex compensation structures clearly to various stakeholders enhances your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will administer compensation plans and oversee commission calculations within the ICM tool, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and on time. You will produce accrual narratives and support the month-end close process, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Your responsibilities will include developing proficiency with the ICM tool, running pipelines, configuring updates, and generating insightful reports that inform decision-making. You will take ownership of commission inquiries, providing support to Business Partners and ensuring that all compensation processes adhere to established controls and documentation standards.
You will also calculate, track, and refine advanced metrics to evaluate the impact of compensation programs, developing dashboards for regular reporting to stakeholders. Your role will involve generating ad-hoc reports as needed and participating in various projects that support the Sales Compensation team’s objectives. By collaborating closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Field Sales teams, you will help drive the success of the compensation framework and ensure alignment with market demands and internal parity.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $145,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
