TripActions is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Data Quality to ensure the integrity of go-to-market data. You'll work with SQL and CRM systems to improve data quality and support revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data management.
You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or data quality, with a strong focus on ensuring the integrity and usability of data across systems. You thrive on solving complex data problems and have a proven track record of implementing data quality standards and metrics that drive operational excellence. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to build scalable data quality practices. You are detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into data issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
You possess strong technical skills, particularly in SQL, and have experience with CRM systems, enabling you to effectively manage and integrate third-party data sources. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that enhance data quality across the organization. You are proactive in identifying data quality issues and are skilled at using best-practice tools and processes to address them.
Experience with data visualization tools and building dashboards to report on data quality metrics would be a plus. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices is also desirable, as is a background in project management to effectively lead data quality initiatives from planning through execution.
In this role, you will own all phases of go-to-market data quality projects, from project planning through execution and completion. You will define and maintain data quality rules, standards, metrics, and processes, including ROI calculations, to ensure that data is accurate and actionable. Building Data Quality dashboards will be a key responsibility, allowing you to measure and report on data quality effectively.
You will lead the integration and maintenance of third-party data sources into our CRM, ensuring proper mapping, deduplication, and usage across systems. Working cross-functionally, you will identify and fix data quality issues using sustainable and best-practice tools and processes. Your role will involve collaborating with system owners, data analysts, and operations teams to build scalable data quality practices that support revenue growth and operational excellence.
TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $92,000 to $145,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this high-impact role. You will be part of a dynamic team that is modernizing the infrastructure of business travel, expense, and spend management.
