What you'll do

In this unique role, you will be responsible for building and growing Okta's first site location in India. You will lead the recruiting efforts across all functions, ensuring that Okta attracts top talent in the tech industry. You will collaborate closely with the head of global technology recruiting and eventually with a local site leader to position Okta effectively in the market. Your responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and fostering a positive internal culture that attracts the best candidates. You will also be expected to provide insights into market trends and help shape the company's approach to talent acquisition.
