You thrive in collaborative environments, acting as a bridge between development and platform teams to facilitate smooth deployments and environment management. You have a keen eye for detail and are dedicated to enforcing automated quality and security gates to maintain compliance and consistency across deployments. You are proactive in establishing code quality and performance metrics, and you enjoy partnering with developers to enhance application performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that streamline the application delivery process for your assigned development team. You will implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible, ensuring that infrastructure is provisioned and managed efficiently. As the DevOps point of contact for your team, you will coordinate deployments, manage environments, and ensure operational readiness for all applications. You will define and enforce automated quality, security, and release gates to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards. Collaborating closely with developers, you will establish code quality and performance metrics, creating dashboards and alerting systems to monitor application health. You will also work with platform and architecture teams to adopt and develop best practices in DevOps across all workstreams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
