Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the financial services or real estate sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with high-tier clients is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of the residential real estate investment landscape. You are data-driven and can leverage technology to enhance customer interactions and drive sales performance. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in private lending or financial technology is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by residential real estate investors. You are adept at using CRM tools and data analytics to inform your sales strategies and decision-making processes. A strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in real estate financing will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Kiavi, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the residential real estate investment sector. You will engage with potential clients to understand their financing needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Your role will involve onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to our services, while also focusing on retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
