Staff Technical Program Manager, GTM Tech

Your expertise in creating concise briefs and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs enables effective decision-making at all levels. You are skilled at tracking workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving tasks to closure, ensuring accountability and timely delivery. You understand the importance of leveraging technical acumen and analytical skills to drive technical programs forward and maximize business value delivery.

Recognizing patterns in complex information is second nature to you, and you take action accordingly. You have a strategic approach to technical program management that balances agility with process, ensuring that initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Desirable

Experience in AI initiatives or data-driven solutions would be a plus, as would familiarity with sales and marketing technologies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are based in Gurugram, ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of large, cross-functional programs, including pilots, go-live readiness, enablement, and post-launch stabilization. You will partner closely with Go-to-Market leaders to enable revenue growth and improve seller and marketer productivity. Your role will involve driving technology initiatives that support sales, marketing, and deal strategy, with a strong emphasis on high-impact cross-functional GTM and AI initiatives.
