You have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage systems. Your experience includes overseeing electrical infrastructure in mission-critical environments, ensuring safety and reliability in all operations. You are adept at establishing engineering standards and have a proven track record of leading incident investigations. Your technical guidance is sought after by engineering, operations, and maintenance teams, making you a key authority on site.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex electrical systems with ease. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to excel in their roles. You are committed to maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety and operational efficiency, ensuring that all systems function optimally.

Desirable

Experience with UPS systems and electrical switching is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards in electrical engineering will enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in your approach to maintenance and testing procedures, ensuring that all electrical systems are reliable and up to code.

What you'll do

As the Chief Electrical Engineer, you will maintain technical oversight of all electrical systems, approving electrical switching and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will lead the development of operational procedures and direct maintenance and testing efforts to uphold the integrity of the electrical infrastructure. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to address electrical issues and implement solutions that enhance system performance.

You will be responsible for establishing engineering standards that align with industry best practices. Your leadership will guide the team through incident investigations, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into future operations. You will also participate in an on-call rotation for critical events, demonstrating your commitment to the facility's operational success.
