Grafana is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy & Operations to support their Global Sales organization in accelerating go-to-market efforts. This role requires strong strategic thinking and operational expertise, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
You have a proven track record in sales strategy and operations, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Your ability to navigate unstructured environments and drive results is complemented by your strong analytical skills and strategic mindset. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly in open-source or SaaS environments, gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in sales operations.
You are comfortable leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize sales processes. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, from sales teams to executive leadership. You understand the importance of building relationships and fostering a culture of trust and transparency within your team.
Experience in a remote-first organization is a plus, as is familiarity with observability tools or platforms. You may have a background in working with global teams, which enhances your ability to manage diverse perspectives and drive alignment across regions.
