You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in fraud prevention, which allows you to identify and disrupt emerging fraud patterns effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, Trust, Security, Legal, and Policy. Your ability to influence strategic decisions is key to maintaining the integrity and trust on the Airbnb platform.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex findings and recommendations to various stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and can navigate ambiguous situations, conducting thorough investigations to uncover fraud schemes before they impact the community.
