Overview

Rubrik is hiring a Customer Experience Manager to enhance the post-sales journey for customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely activation and adoption of Rubrik’s SaaS products. This role requires strong communication and customer support skills.

You have a strong background in customer support and success, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. You understand the importance of delivering a world-class post-purchase experience and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to diagnose and solve complex issues swiftly is complemented by your technical knowledge of data management and security. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of products. You are a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through their post-sales journey and ensuring they receive maximum value from their investments. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in data protection and recovery strategies is a plus. Familiarity with cloud deployments and technologies will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for customer success will set you apart in this role.
