Tanium is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to support their Global Sales organization in executing go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with sales leaders.
You are an analytical thinker with a strong background in sales operations, capable of supporting the Global Sales organization in designing and executing effective go-to-market strategies. You possess the ability to solve ambiguous problems and have the initiative to propose new ideas and recommend solutions. Your strong business partnership skills enable you to communicate clearly and build solid relationships with business partners. You are comfortable diving deep into analyses and models while keeping the big picture in mind.
You have experience in strategic planning efforts for global sales, including plan modeling, quota assignments, and segmentation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with sales leaders and operations teammates to analyze resource allocation and performance metrics. Your ability to think strategically and operationally will drive growth, scalability, and efficiency within the salesforce.
Experience in a similar role within a technology company is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and operational cadence activities will enhance your effectiveness in this position. You are eager to learn and adapt to new challenges, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to Global Sales Operations leadership.
