What you'll do

In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on matters related to the development of infrastructure at SpaceX’s spaceport in Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center. You will draft and negotiate land purchases, easements, rights-of-way, leases, and other real estate transaction documents. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will brief county, state, and federal landowners and regulators on applicable matters, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. You will also negotiate complex construction and vendor contracts related to spaceport infrastructure development, including master services agreements and equipment purchase agreements. Your responsibilities will include structuring and negotiating utility development agreements, leading due diligence for property acquisitions, and supporting the negotiation of public-sector partnerships. Your role is crucial in facilitating the successful development of SpaceX's infrastructure projects, contributing to the company's mission of enabling human life on Mars.
