What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager at GoDaddy, you will lead the development of the Generative AI Support Agent Assist product. This involves defining the product vision and strategy, conducting market research, and gathering user feedback to inform product enhancements. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product is built to meet customer needs and expectations.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact and business value. Your role will also involve conducting A/B testing and analyzing metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Care team to ensure that the product integrates seamlessly into existing support workflows and enhances the overall customer experience.
