Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS — you've developed a strong understanding of how to manage enterprise accounts across technical, business, and product aspects, ensuring alignment with client goals. Your proficiency in English is strong, and additional languages are an advantage, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving product adoption and delivering measurable business impact for your clients.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to clients — you understand the importance of owning the customer journey post-sale, including training, feature adoption, and strategic business reviews. Your ability to facilitate webinars, workshops, and education sessions tailored to client needs showcases your commitment to enhancing the customer experience. You are also skilled at identifying and leading upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from your company's offerings.

Desirable

Experience with strategy, attribution, or analytics would be a plus, as it aligns with the goals of the Customer Success team. You are comfortable sharing feedback with Product and R&D teams, acting as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders. Your ability to provide proactive updates on product releases and changes demonstrates your dedication to keeping clients informed and engaged.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage enterprise accounts, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with AppsFlyer's products. You will partner with some of the largest enterprise clients, driving product adoption and delivering strategic guidance tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include owning the customer journey post-sale, which encompasses training clients on product features, facilitating strategic business reviews, and ensuring that clients are aligned with their goals.

You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing them with insights and updates on product releases and changes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Partners, to support growth in the region. You will identify upsell opportunities and work with the Sales team to ensure that clients are aware of additional features and services that can enhance their experience.

Facilitating webinars and workshops will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you tailor these sessions to meet the unique needs of your clients. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients and sharing it with the Product and R&D teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard within the organization. Your proactive approach will help drive measurable business impact for your clients, solidifying your role as a key member of the Customer Success team.
