As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will become a digital marketing expert, learning how to effectively communicate the value of Hibu's services to potential clients. You will develop a consultative sales approach, building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing for a hybrid work environment. You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to ensure you are well-prepared to excel in your role. You will celebrate wins with your local team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
